Краткое описание проектаLast year I studied in English school and Russian gymnasium at the same time. I found out that there were some differences between learning strategies in these schools. I got interested in that educational theme, so I started to do an analysis of studying systems and that analysis became the main goal of my research.

Проблема решаемая проектомThe problem of this research is that getting secondary education in England could cause some unexpected problems. To succeed in this educational process it is important to understand clearly all the advantages and drawbacks of both English and Russian systems.
Основная идеяThe main goal of our research is to compare basic principles of secondary education in England and Russia (using the examples of International School BCS and High School 1517) and create the model of a perfect school based on this analyses.
Масштаб организации работWe have analyzed all the basic principles of English school and Russian gymnasium in details, conducted the survey among the students of the 11th grade (50 pupils)
Полученные результатыThe result of the research shows that both Russian and English studying systems have advantages and drawbacks. In fact, these two systems have key differences in various aspects of studying, for example, the way of conducting the lessons, using educational materials, the stimulation systems and even the learning programmes.
Кому нужны результаты проекта1) our project can be used by somebody who is thinking over whether to study in England or not; 2) we have created the model of a perfect school based on our comparative analyses; this model could be useful for teachers and students of High School 1517 in order to develop the studying system in our school.
Перспектива дальнейшнего развития проектаIt is worth mentioning, that our school has already started to think about integration of studying systems. This year our school decided to add oratory lessons to the program of the 5th grades. In addition to that, lucky 5th grades will soon have an extra biology lesson in English. And this is not the end. This is just a beginning of a huge reformation in education, of course, for the better future of the next generation.
